Baltic Power, a joint venture od ORLEN and Northland Power has reached the most advanced  develompent phase among all offshore wind projects in Poland and the only one to obtain FID. At the moment its onshore infrastructure and key packages are being constructed, while the offshore installation works are up to set out in the beginning of 2025. 76 turbines of 15 MW capacity will be able to cover approx. 3% of Poland’s electricity demand, which stands for the daily needs of 1,5 M households.
